The radical “British” Islamic cleric Abu Qatada — widely known as “Al Qaeda’s man in Europe” — intends to sue the British government for his years of incarceration. Now that a European court has ruled that he cannot be deported to Jordan, Mr. Qatada has decided that the time is ripe to claim millions of pounds in compensation.
In other news, the Australian media mogul Rupert Murdoch has complained that during every crisis in the Middle East, Jewish-owned media outlets are invariably anti-Israel.
